APPLICATIONS:
Pinhole Mirrors in a solid Aluminum substrate offer unique light-handling characteristics.  With a flatness of 1-2 waves, these mirrors are ideal for lasers, interferometry, high-power telescopes, imaging, and other applications where a through-hole may be useful or required for selective light transmission and reflection.

 
These mirrors may be used in high power applications where thin-coated glass substrates may normally deteriorate.

Other applications include signal processing, distance measurement, laser filtering, astronomy and more.

PACKAGING:
Pinhole Mirrors come standard with 3 4/40-TPI tapped holes on the reverse (non-polished) side at 120° bolt circle.  Your pinhole mirror will come standard with 3  4/40 screws installed to aid in handling / mounting of the component.

Lenox Laser manufactures precision pinhole mirrors for use with laser and other light handling applications where a through-hole may be needed to send and receive light. Sensors placed behind the pinhole mirror can allow for selection of a laser beam or other source for power measurement, beam profiling, and other sampling methods.

Each pinhole mirror comes standard in 1" diameter to fit many common optical mounting set-ups. Also available: a 1" optic gimbal mirror mount for use with the pinhole mirror. This gimbal mount allows for ~4deg freedom on two axes, with precision fine TPI screws for positioning.
