    DESCRIPTION:
The diffraction patterns generated by viewing a point source through these apertures at a distance of 18 inches are shown on the left. Aperture substrate materials include nickel, stainless steel and brass. 
        
Each is mounted on a 1" diameter blackened disc, providing a 1/4" diameter aperture opening. 

   APPLICATIONS:
The Fourier Packet is ideal for researchers who need a ground-level introduction to bench-top Fourier Analysis.  The packet is the perfect way to gain practical R & D experience in the basic operative principles of optics.

     PACKAGING:
Each Fourier Packet is packaged in a clear plastic case, which allows for ease of identification and inspection.  A second case encloses the part for added protection.
