Plastic

Lenox Laser has extensive experience in creating laser etched features in many types of plastics. Clearly marked serialization numbers, barcodes, and graphics can be achieved in your plastic components to leave a lasting impression both in your material - and with your customers.

Recently, Lenox Laser has taken on the task of marking some challenging plastic and plastic-composite materials. Many dark plastics or high-temp composites are resistant to absorbing laser light - but after extensive testing in historically-difficult-to-mark materials, Lenox Laser has mapped out methods to successfully mark even those substrates.

Quality Control engineers have commented that laser-marked components are more easily tracked, do not allow for most marks to be tampered with, and can save companies time and money ; particularly when included in systems-integration projects. Please call us for a quote on your next plastics identification challenge!
