Our calibrated 1/4" Monel tubes provide precisely measured flow rates for your high temp / pressure flow requirements.

The precision hole is centered to within ± .125 mm and mechanically/optically round to tight Lenox Laser tolerances better than 2 micron.

APPLICATIONS:
Monel tubing orifices can be used with ¼" fittings and valve components even at high pressures and temperatures. For critical flow orifices, restrictors, gas/liquid separators, particle counters and many other purposes.

Monel is impervious to the effects of steam, gas, salt water, ammonia, calcium chloride, and the acids associated with food products even at high temperatures.

PACKAGING:
Each Monel tube is packaged in ESD-sensitive packaging to help ensure orifice quality. Parts will each be labeled indicating the measured flow rate and orifice size.
